Thin is in.....Nashville, TN

NAPA posted this video detailing how Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions and Lojac Enterprises brought recycling and Evotherm warm mix together for a thin asphalt overlay on Tenth Street in downtown Nashville, Tennessee. Located in the heart of Nashville, Tenth Street bounced riders over plenty of bumps and utility cuts yet was structurally sound. The economically and environmentally green preservation treatment gave this urban pavement 10 more years of life. Mike Huner, Director of Technical Services for the Tennessee Road Builders Association, presents an overview of the August 2012 project in the video.
