State RAS Specs

Foth Infrastructure, with support from the FHWA and the Construction Materials Recycling Association, is compiling state specifications for the use of recycled asphalt shingles (RAS). According to C&D World Magazine, the chart will include recent specification activity, current state DOT specification limits, gradation, percent by weight of RAS, percent by weight RAS + RAP, allowed PG grade bumping, and what other additives are allowed. If you have more information than is found on their current chart on page 32, please contact [email protected] or the CMRA at [email protected].
